It will be powered by Deja Vu, software developed by Frank Foti, once the chief engineer at Cleveland rock giant WMMS-FM 100.7 and now the executive chairman of Cleveland-based company Telos Alliance. Deja Vu takes a stereo signal and, in real-time, converts it to a 5.1 sound-sound mix.
